Security Center: Add

  Before any transactions can be recorded, the security must first be added to the Securities File.
To add a security to the security file, click on the Security Center tab in the upper left hand corner of the tool bar displayed at the top of the page. From the Security Center page, select the Add tab.
The displayed page contains drop downs for Security Sector, Security Type and Security Structure. Select the appropriate Security Sector from the available drop down options.
After selecting the appropriate sector, you must next select the Security Type from the available drop down options applicable to the previously selected Security Sector.
The final drop down contains the Security Structure options for the previously selected Security Type. Select the correct Security Structure
Click the Next button
