Tracker Calculations
|
The Month End Center is designed to facilitate the data entry for regularly scheduled portfolio transactions and for completing monthly tasks required for generating selected data for portfolio reports. The four functions in the Month End Center are: Matured Securities, Coupon Payments, Tracker Calculations and Indexes Center. To access Tracker Calculations information: |

Select the Month End tab located on the upper toolbar |

Click the Tracker Calculations link under the Month End To Do List |
 |
To create a new Tracker Calculations file, click the Add button |
 |
Enter the new Tracker Calculations date |
 |
Using the drop down menu, select All Portfolio to include all securities for Tracker Calculations or choose a specific portfolio or group |
 |
Click the Add button to enter the required information |
 |
If you want to change the date or portfolio for your Tracker Calculations, click the Change Date and/or Portfolio button |
 |
Enter the market price for each security in the text box. Cash and money market securities are always priced at 100 |
 |
Yield rates for money market and mortgage backed securities are not calculated by Tracker and must be manually entered in the Tracker calculations file. In the YTM@Mkt column, enter the current money market rate for all money market securities and the current yield to maturity for mortgage backed securities |

Tracker does not calculate duration for mortgage backed securities. Enter the duration for all mortgage backed securities in the Duration column. |

After all data has been entered, click the Submit button |
