Custom Reports:
Date to Date

	In the Security Data category, use the check boxes to select the security data information that you want to display on the report. The CUSIP/Ticker and Description boxes are pre-checked since this information will appear on all Tracker reports. Click the Select All button if you would like all Security Data information displayed. The Clear All button will erase all previously checked boxes and allow you to restart the selection process
	In the Begin Date category click the check box next to each item you would like displayed on the report.
	Follow the same procedure for the End Date category using the check boxes to select the desired information for the report
	Continue the above procedure for the In-Between Data category
	Select the desired items in the Transaction Data category
	Select the desired items in Portfolio Data category
	Complete the selection process by choosing the desired items in the Calculated Data category
	Review your selections and then click the Next button
