Month End To Do List:
Stock Split

	Select the Month End tab located on the upper toolbar
	Click the Stock Split link under the Month End To Do List
	This form will appear
	Using the text box, enter the CUSIP/Ticker for the Stock to be split and click the Submit button
	Previous Stock Split information for this CUSIP/Ticker will be displayed.
	This is the section to add a new stock Split
